• If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer reason (e.g., no longer needed, ordered by mistake), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or bKash/Nagad (for COD orders).
